Grand Prince Pr. Dr. Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev granted the Title Knight of Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich to Mr. Patrick Marcel Gaignaux (posthumously) and Mr. Patrick Alain Gregoire. With the purpose of development of idea of monarchic statehood of Russia, in the name of the peace and prosperities of Russia, in the name of restoration of historical validity and in the name of strengthening the international friendship, are granted by the Highest Decrees Titles Knight to Mr. Patrick Marcel Gaignaux (posthumously) and Mr. Patrick Alain Gregoire. Knight Patrick Marcel Gaignaux long time worked in Embassy of Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich in Belgium. Just is shortly before official ceremony of introduction of new members of the House of Rurikovich Mr. Patrick Marcel Gaignaux has died from heavy illness. We express his close and native our deep condolences. For all of us Knight Patrick Marcel Gaignaux remain in memory the good friend and great person.
