General election has taken place in the past 2016 in Russia to the State Duma and local authorities. The Putin’s party in power by force and deceit has strengthened the positions. This year 2017 there is preparation for presidential elections on March 18, 2018. Vladimir Putin and Edinaya Russia party continue rate on self-isolation of the country and strengthening of institutes of barbarity and wildness. Inept, nervous both incompetent external and the internal policy transforms Russia into stronghold of obscurantism and backwardness, worship of corruption and larceny, lie and hypocrisy. Unfortunately, these actions opposite to the God discredit authority of all Russian people which again and again makes false choice. From this impasse there is one output – general Repentance for the madness and spiritual, cultural and economic reunion with the civilized world.
