Sovereign Emperor of Holy Russia Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev has visited 23-25.09.2016 Kingdom of Belgium, Dinant city and his vicinities. Also has taken place the meeting with Mayor of city Mr. Richard Henry Fournaux, to whom the Title Baron of Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich has been granted. Embassy of Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich in Belgium under management of Count Miguel Coppieters t Wallant, Baron Jose Vandersanen and support of local authorities have prepared the sated program of visiting of the ancient city Dinant (based in 824) in the south of Belgium, located on coast of the river Meuse, province Namur. Participants of action from Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich have settled down on September 23 in local Ibis Hotel. They have gathered from the USA, Japan, Russia, Holland and Belgium. On September 24 has passed actions of the first day of stay in the Dinan city. Since the morning visitors have visited with excursion local fortress – the Citadel where it is possible to reach on cable car. Gloomy history of Dinant was told by the best guide of city. Then visitors have got over in the Town Hall where the official meeting of delegation with Mayor Mr. Richard Henry Fournaux has taken place. Mayor has told to visitors about city and has presented to Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev the documentary book about history of city. In turn Grand Prince granted to Mayor the Title Baron of Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich. Baron Richard Henry Fournaux has joined House of Rurikovich and Fund of Princes, than did for us is great honor. After meeting in the Town Hall visitors have got over in the best restaurant of city where have tried lunch. Then they have got over on the western coast of river where have visited historical museum and have visited one of ancient fortresses of the city, known as fortress of «The broken hearts». During old times in one of battles three officers of fortress were lost at once. Next day their wives, having put on in white dress, having joined hands, have jumped from walls of fortress in precipice. In the evening of action have come to the end with visiting of local Chinese restaurant where visitors have tried overseas delicacies. |
