With the purpose of maintenance of independence of science, theology and art from a political conjuncture and bureaucratic barriers Sovereign Emperor of Holy Russia Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev has founded the Imperial Academy of Sciences, Theology and Arts. By the Highest Decree of Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev Grand Kubensky Rurikovich founds the Imperial Academy of Sciences, Theology and Arts. The brief name of Academy will be Imperial Academy of Sciences and abbreviation IAS. By the Decree it is established within one year to ratify Regulation of the Imperial Academy of Sciences, Theology and Arts, and also to generate Executive Board and the Supreme certifying commission of the organization. The main tasks of the Imperial Academy of Sciences are support of independent scientific researches in all branches of knowledge, development of divinity and philosophy, and also classical culture and art. The Imperial Academy of sciences will award outstanding scientists and public figures, to award scientific degree of the Doctor and in due course will generate the Corp of Academicians from representatives of scientists, topologists and arts.
